Golgotha : County Carroll

County Carroll is even stranger than Midian. No one is certain what happened there, but there are rumours that the ancestors of the Blue Tower mages built their original tower in Seafoam Barony, and that the peculiarities in the area are the result of poor containment measures on that original tower.

In addition to the momeraths and snarks, County Carroll boasts the largest population of elves aside, perhaps from the Drow barony of Starbright.
