Depends on your definition of 'underwear'. He tends to wear a leather bodysuit with a detachable cotton lining. The cotton soaks the sweat away from his skin, and the leather prevents it from contaminating the rest of his clothing or coming into contact with other people. Combined with his gloves, which attach just above the wrist, the bodysuit prevents a majority of potential accidental poisonings.
