Five Minute Five Layer Dip

For when you want Mexican, but you can't be arsed


  • 1 tin refried beans with jalapenos
  • 3/4c sour cream, plain yoghurt, or cottage cheese
  • 3/4c salsa
  • 1/2c shredded cheese
  • ¼ medium onion
  • ½ bell pepper
  • ½ small avocado

Cooking Instructions

Squish the beans into the bottom of a 1.5L or larger microwave-safe bowl. Make roughly even layers of sour cream and salsa. Put cheese on top. Microwave for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese. While bowl is microwaving, dice veg. Sprinkle veg on top when the cheese is melted.
