Cilantro Pesto

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • .5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Cilantro (Fresh)
  • 3 each Garlic (Clove)
  • .25 cups Oil (olive)
  • 2 tablespoons Oil (Sesame)
  • .5 teaspoons Pepper (Black)

Cooking Instructions

1. Place the garlic and cilantro in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.

2. With the processor running, slowly add the oils, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
