Garlic-Cheese Batter Bread

Description

For those times you want cheesy garlic-herb bread, but you don't want to put forth any effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Oil (olive)
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tablespoons Basil
  • 0.5 tablespoons Oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoons Sage
  • 0.5 teaspoons Rosemary
  • 0.5 cups Cheese (Unspecified)

Cooking Instructions

* Grease a 1.5L bowl.
* Mix dry ingredients in bowl, except cheese and garlic.
* Mix wet ingredients in measuring cup.
* Blend wet ingredients into dry ingredients until a smooth batter results.
* Mix in shredded cheese and minced garlic.
* Cover bowl and microwave for ~5-6 minutes.
* Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top and serve with spiced olive oil for dipping.
