Ingredients
- .25 teaspoons Cloves
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 4 cups Broth
- 2.5 cups Mushrooms (Crimini)
- 1.5 cups Onions (Yellow)
- .25 teaspoons Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Place mushrooms, onions/leeks, and broth in pot; bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add spices. Cook until tender. Drain and serve.
