  • 1/4c sliced black olives
  • 1/4c sliced manzanilla olives
  • 1 lemon
  • 1T olive oil
  • pepper and dill to taste

Cooking Instructions

Slice half the lemon thinly and line a small bowl or saucer. Put olives on top. Squeeze the other half the lemon and mix the juice with the oil and spices before pouring on top.

Honestly, you can probably do this with any varieties of olives you can get your hands on, these just happen to be what I had on hand. Preserved olives with garlic would be amazing here.
