Pasta salad, but with Kraft Dinner


  • 1 box kraft dinner/mac and cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • ¼ onion
  • ½ beefsteak tomato or 1 roma tomato
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 2 green onions
  • ½ bell pepper

Cooking Instructions

Cook yer mac. Reserve about 1/4c of the hot water, when you drain it, and pour that back in. Add sour cream and mix until it mostly melts. Mix in cheese powder, until it is smooth and evenly orange. Add diced veg and stir thoroughly. Let sit until cool, or refrigerate for later. (Seriously, it’s a pasta salad. It’s just as good straight out of the icebox.)
