<ul><li>125 ml cream</li><li>1T sugar</li><li>125 ml cream sherry</li><li>1/2tsp lime juice</li><li>nutmeg</li></ul>

Cooking Instructions

<p>A reminder, as I sit here with a delicious glass of syllabub: if the
recipe calls for milk and booze or milk and citrus, put the sugar in the
milk first, or you’ll end up with cheese.</p><p>Warm the cream a little so the sugar mixes in more thoroughly – 10
seconds in the microwave should take the chill off of it. Mix the sugar
in REALLY WELL. Like, whip that for half a minute or more, to be sure
it’s blended. Mix in the sherry, and then the lime. Sprinkle nutmeg on
top. MAAAGIC.</p>
