Cooking Instructions

<p>Honestly, this will probably fit in an 8in pan, but I'm an
asstard, so I greased up the 11" springform, before I noticed. Yes, by
the way, grease the pan. Bake it for about half an hour, at ~200C/400F,
and then go check and see if it needs longer. This will depend on shit
like altitude and ambient humidity, but it's unlikely to take more
than 45 minutes.
