0.33 cups Milk (Powdered)<br>
1 pint Water<br>
5 Marshmallows (mini)</font></p>
Cooking Instructions
<p><font class="content"><strike>YOUR REMINDER THAT COCOA POWDER AND INSTANT HOT CHOCOLATE ARE NOT THE SAME THING</strike><br></font></p><p><font class="content">* Mix dry ingredients in a pint glass.<br>
* Add a little bit of warm water and blend it.<br>
* Slowly add the rest of the water a little at a time, until a relatively smooth liquid is achieved.<br>
* Top with marshmallows.
