Ingredients

<ul><li>.25 cups Water</li><li>.25 teaspoons Salt</li><li>.5 teaspoons Thyme</li><li>1 tablespoon Garlic (minced)</li><li>.25 cups Chickpeas</li><li>1 tablespoon Tomato Paste</li><li>.5 teaspoons Cumin</li><li>.5 teaspoons Fennel</li><li>.5 teaspoons Paprika</li><li>1 tablespoon Soy Sauce</li><li>.75 cups Wheat Gluten</li></ul>

Cooking Instructions

</p><p>1. Roast or sautee the onion<br>
2. Put everything but the water and the gluten into the food processor and blend the shit out of it.<br>
3. Add the water. Blend until you've got a runny paste.<br>
4. Add the gluten. Blend until you've got a roughly consistent glob of gunk.<br>
5. Break the gunk in half and roll into two balls. Squish flat and wrap in foil.<br>
6. Steam for 40m-1hr</p>
<p>For extra tasty goodness, consider stuffing the burgers with chile, cheese, and/or mushrooms.
