Peaches and Cream Cobbler Submitted by: Thoth | Date Added: 30 May 2022

Ingredients

1 tin sliced peaches

1T honey

1c plain yogurt

a dash of ginger

1c flour

1t baking powder

a dash of cinnamon

another dash of ginger

1/2c cereal

grease for the pan

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 190C/375F. Grease a bread pan. Drain the peaches into a
mixing bowl, then dump the tin into the greased pan. Add honey, yogurt,
and ginger. Mix until evenly distributed. Add flour, baking powder, and
spices to mixing bowl. Mix well, until you’ve got a brownish lump that
sticks to everything it touches. Carefully smear that lump across the
surface of the peaches and cream. It should stay mostly on top and cover
most of the filling. (This part is kind of a pain in the ass.) Sprinkle
top with whatever cereal you’ve got. I’ve got off-brand Honey Bunches
of Oats, but Froot Loops are amazing for this. Bake for ~25 minutes, or
until you can pass a toothpick through the crust with minimal sticking.
